A very nice rolling pin. NIce bushings, rolls well. Smooth barrel.The sticker on the barrel is a bit of a struggle to get off, it takes about 5 minutes to remove using fingernails.Well made, I think it will last a lifetime or more.The barrel should be oiled a few times early in its life, so it is not so dry.. And then oil again if it ever looks dry. That is what the manufacturer site says.I can see no reason to have any other rolling pin. I considered getting the fancier upgrade rolling pin, the patisserie model, with the steel ball bearings. But that would be silly. Who rolls out dough at 60 mph ?

First, I will say this is a well-made rolling pin and it works well. However, I think the 12-in measure is just for the rolling part and doesn’t include the handles. I purchased this for a travel kitchen kit and it is huge! With my other kitchen implements, I couldn’t fit this rolling pin in my full-sized Rubbermaid container. LOL If you buy it, just make sure you have room to store it!
